Jennifer Tropeano ~ Esthetician & Nail Technician / Spa Coordinator
Jenn is a graduate of Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics in Woburn where she successfully completed their 600 hour program.  She also attended Blaine Beauty Academy in Malden where she obtained her Nail Technicians license.  Jenn has been involved in the beauty industry for the past 15 years.  Up until February 2009, she owned and operated Timeless Tanning & Day Spa in Waltham.  Some of her specialties include facials, chemical peels, Brazilian bikini waxing, custom airbrush tanning, bridal make-up, natural nail care, pedicures, and much more.  Jenn brings to Indulgence her vast knowledge and professional expertise as she takes on the role of Spa Coordinator and assistant to the owner.  Her enthusiastic personality and outstanding customer service make her a valuable member of the Indulgence Day Spa team.

Sam Rasphoumy ~ Nail Technician
A 2000 graduate of the Learning Institute for Beauty Sciences manicurist program, Sam has been with Indulgence Day Spa since the beginning of his beauty career.  Sam is best known for his fabulous pedicures.  He believes in making sure each client gets the best spa experience and personal attention.

Jill Gauvain ~ Nail Technician
Jill started her career in the beauty industry after graduating from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 1990. In 2000, she went back to school to pursue a certification in manicuring from the North Shore Regional Voch Tech in Middleton, MA. Jill takes great pride in offering her clients quality service and believes that everyone can have beautiful feet and hands. She also holds a Personal Training Certification in the State of Massachusetts through FRA and is currently training for and has competed in Figure and Body Building Competitions throughout New England.

Elle Weiss ~ Nail Technician
Elle was born in California and raised in south of France in a little town called Avignon which is famous for its theater and arts. At 14, Elle entered a Cosmetology program specializing in hair coloring techniques. She then interned for renowned hair company Jacques Dessange. In 2002 Elle moved back to the states and focused her attention on perfecting her craft of hair, make-up and nail care.  In 2003, she added to her education by completing courses in esthetics. Elle started her own business as a free lance artist and provided beauty services for runway, photo shoots and even participated in LA and Paris Fashion Weeks. After relocating to Boston from Florida along with her daughter, Elle searched for an intimate, suburban spa to settle down and believes she has found her home here at Indulgence. 

Janine Klein-Roche ~ Nail Technician
Janine attended the University of Rhode Island studying Human Communications. She then went on to obtain an associates degree from The Jewelry Institute of Rhode Island in Manufacturing & Designing Jewelry. In 2000, she had a career change and went to Minuteman Technical School of Lexington in order to obtain her Nail Technicians degree. This September, she will be attending school in Marlborough in pursuit of a degree in aesthetics.

Erika Love ~ Nail Technician & Massage Therapist
Erika has been working in the beauty field for over 15 years. She attended Blaine Beauty School in 1992 where she attained her Nail Technicians license. In 2003, she expanded her knowledge and enhanced her career by attending the Healing Touch Institute. She completed the Massage Therapy program and added massage to her repertoire of services.  Erika perfected her massage skills while working exclusively within the Boston area, particularly in and around the Newbury Street area. She grew weary of the city traffic and parking issues and therefore sought a move to the suburbs. We are delighted to have such an elite professional as part of our Indulgence Day Spa team.

Therese Dennehy ~ Massage Therapist
A graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge and current member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Therese received her training in the Benjamin System of Muscular Therapy.  Her expertise consists of a variety of muscle specific and general massage techniques performed at variable speed, pressures and rhythms.  Her training also included instruction in facilitated stretching, myofascial release and trigger point techniques for the treatment of muscular tension and chronic pain patterns.

Therese's interest in massage developed from the therapeutic benefits she realized herself from receiving massage treatments.  She is dedicated to facilitating health and wellness by providing personalized and skillful therapeutic massage and believes to can achieve "total health through massage".

Andrea Coughlan ~ Massage Therapist {on call}
Our adjunct massage therapist, Andrea, works with us part-time while balancing her studies as a biological science major.  She is a graduate of the East West Institute of Alternative Medicine, formerly The Boston Shiatsu School, as well as having a continuing education certification in swedish massage and deep tissue techniques.  Andrea likes to integrate modalities from each massage style into a session.  By combining acupressure with stretching techniques and general muscle tissue manipulation she provides a therapy tailored to each individual.

Lisa Pargoli ~ Massage Therapist {on call}
Lisa is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute of Cambridge and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association. Lisa has been working in the health and fitness field for over 25 years. She maintains both Personal Training and Yoga certifications. She is a level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and has been trained in Compassionate Touch Therapy. Lisa's education and training in Therapeutic Massage goes from basic techniques and modalities to working clinically. Lisa's mission is to bring healing, health and a sense of peace to her clients.

Amanda Ferraina ~ Esthetician / Massage Therapist
Amanda graduated in 2008 from Elizabeth Grady School where she earned her degree in Massage Therapy and Esthetics.  Her specialties include body treatments, bridal make up, Reiki I and aromatherapy, although her main area of expertise is in the area of Massage Therapy. Amanda is most inspired by the power of human touch and the effect touch has on helping others physically and mentally. Helping her clientele look and feel their very best is an amazing feeling for Amanda and something she loves doing everyday.

Leanne Caliri ~ Esthetician & Massage Therapist
From an early age, Leanne knew what she wanted to do. Growing up, she was surrounded by family in the hairdressing trade and felt very comfortable and excited to give it a try. Minuteman Vocational High School in Lexington, MA was where she knew she wanted to go, and it was the best choice to get a head start in her career. She graduated high school with a cosmetology degree and received her license. Realizing there are many facets to the field, she developed a love for massage and aesthetics. At that point, she knew what she wanted to do for the rest of her life and enrolled in Spa Tech located Ispwich, MA in order to further her education. Upon graduation, she obtained licenses in both the fields of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics. She loves the opportunity she has at Indulgence Day Spa to meet great people while helping them look their very best.

Barbara Dean ~ Esthetician
A graduate of Catherine Hinds Advanced Esthetics Program, Minuteman Tech's Manicurist Program and a B.S. in Communications from Salem State College...Barbara thrives on information and is passionate about her career in esthetics. Her vast knowledge of product ingredients and product lines has helped many clients achieve their skin care goals. She's also knowledgeable about the diets role in overall skin health and believes that healthy skin starts from the inside out.

Michela Barone ~ Esthetician
Michela attained her education at the Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics, where she completed a 600 hour program. She knew immediately esthetics was her passion. Growing up in the industry, she always felt as though she was destined to work in the field of beauty. Michela loves working with people and is passionate about assisting her clients to bring out their inner beauty. Her professional training and education consists of skills for face and body, but also forming relationships with her clients and developing an understanding of their beauty goals. Being the person who helps someone feel better about themselves, is very satisfying to Michela an she is extremely grateful that she is able to do what she loves everyday.

Luann Ferry ~ Esthetician & Electrologist
Formerly the owner of Ferry Electrolysis of Lexington, Luann brings over 25 years of experience to Indulgence. She earned her degrees by attended the Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics and Kelley's School of Electrology. Throughout her extensive career, Luann has perfected her craft and is considered a true artist and expert in her field.
